Hi, I’m Charlie Dorney — a private chef from the UK, now living in Thailand. I’ve been in kitchens since I was 13, and over the years I’ve gone from scrubbing pots to cooking on superyachts for celebrities, athletes, and high-profile guests.
These days, I specialise in bold, Asian-inspired dishes with a modern twist. I work as a private chef for yachts, villas, and events across Thailand — and I’m always happy to travel back to the UK for bookings.
Whether it’s a laid-back beach BBQ or a fine dining experience on deck, I focus on fresh ingredients, local markets, and creating food that feels as good as it tastes.
